How we work ( Process )
1. Organize & Review Clips
- Transfer Files: Import all your raw video footage, audio files, and images into your editing software.
- Label and Sort: Organize clips into folders or bins.
- Preview Footage: Go through all your raw footage and review it.
- Select Best & Delete Unwanted Footage: Mark the clips that you want to use and Remove unusable clips to keep your workspace organized.
2. Make Cuts To Create Timeline
Timeline Setup: create a timeline in your editing software.
Place & Trim Clips: Start placing your selected clips on the timeline and Remove unnecessary sections of clips (like pauses or mistakes)
Refine Transitions: Apply smooth transitions (e.g., fades, wipes, or cuts) to make the flow more natural.
Adjust Speed & Match Audio: Use speed ramps or slow motion if necessary and Ensure that the audio levels are balanced across different clips.
3. Add Visual Effects
- Add Titles: Include text overlays, titles, and captions where needed (e.g., for introductions or lower thirds).
- Insert Visual Effects: Apply any necessary effects (e.g., color correction, filters, or animations) to enhance your footage.
Chroma Keying (if applicable): If you’re working with green screen footage, use chroma keying to remove the background
4. Sound Editing
Adjust Audio Levels: Fine-tune the volume levels of music, dialogue, and sound effects.
Background Music: Add background music and ensure it complements the tone and pacing of your video.
Sound Effects: Add sound effects (e.g., foley sounds, ambience, or Foley) where necessary to enhance the visual experience.
Voiceovers: If needed, record and sync voiceovers with the corresponding video clips.
5. Color Grading & First Draft
Enhance Colors: Adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and other color parameters to give your video a consistent look.
Apply LUTs & Match Shots : Use TLUTs if needed in video and also ensure that all your clips have a cohesive color tone.
Review & Export a Low-Quality Version: Before finalizing everything, review timeline first before export and then after export after this send first draft to client feedback
6. Client Change & Finalizing video

Understand Changes & complete: If changes sent by client then read carefully all changes and complete them step by step then also check

Final Review After Export: Send final video to client and wait for feedback.

Payment: If video finalized by client then send invoice for due payment
